In sports we often put our body under stress, although the effect should be the opposite. Sport is a tool to remove stress, rejuvenate and connect the body with the mind. And that is what I will help you with - discover the interplay of body and mind and take full advantage of its capabilities with less effort. During their physical performance top athletes get into an exceptional state called Flow. This state allows them to achieve much better results or even break records. The body gets into a euphoric feeling and does not feel fatigue. With Conscious Sport I want to help you get into this state as often as possible.

For whom is Conscious Sport?

For amateur and professional athletes who want to improve their performance in sports, avoid injuries and recover faster. 

When will I see progress?

The feeling of having more energy during training and afterwards will come during the first month. In subsequent months the performance will start to improve and chronic fatigue and injuries will disappear.

How much does it cost?

The price is 3 000 CZK, the amount is paid in cash at the first meeting. I vouch for my advice. If, however, they won’t bring you any benefit or improvement, I will return the money to you. The price includes 5 consultations.

How does it work?

  • 1.

    We meet outside or in a gym, get to know each other and discuss the specific areas you wish to improve in your sport.

  • 2.

    I will explain the principles of Conscious Sport and then we will tailor it to your needs.

  • 3.

    We will visit a specialist, who will precisely determine your physical type so that we can adjust the training.

  • 4.

    I will show you how to breathe and warm up correctly as well as the right nutrition

  • 5.

    At the next meeting we will complete the whole training together.

  • 6.

    Then follows the test month, when you try to uphold as many changes as possible.

  • 7.

    We meet again and evaluate the achieved goals.

  • 8.

    We decide which changes in training we will keep.

  • 9.

    In the following months we can develop some of the changes.

The price includes 5 consultations – the initial meeting, the joint training, evaluation after the first, second and third month. At the end I will give you additional information and contacts, which I gathered on the topic. I will also give you a lifelong guarantee that I will be available if you have questions related to Conscious Sport.
